You set a target for each launch, up to the size of your order. Viewers join gradually over up to about 10 minutes, and the count usually settles at around 90–95% of your target. The numbers on your control page are live estimates from our servers; Kick’s own counter can differ a little.
Yes. We check your channel when you press Launch: if it’s offline, the launch is refused and nothing is used. About 15 minutes after your stream ends, the session ends by itself, so there is nothing to forget. A break that long ends it too — just launch again when you’re back.
Yes — that’s the point. For 30 days you can launch, stop and relaunch as often as you like, one session at a time. To protect your channel, three launches within five minutes start a short cooldown.
Stop the session and launch again at the new number. The control page has a “Change viewers” button that does both in one step.
No. Check out as a guest with just an email address and we send your receipt and a private control link. If you’re logged in, the viewers go onto your KVB account as Viewer Bot credits for your dashboard instead — or tick “Send me a private control link instead” at checkout. A guest order can be added to your account later from its control page.
Each order is locked to the channel you buy it for, so a leaked link can’t be used on anyone else’s channel. Typed the wrong name? Message support with your order code before you launch.
Anyone with your link can start and stop the bot on your channel, so keep it private. You can reset it from the control page (up to 3 times a day): the old link stops working straight away and we email you the new one.
Your order stops launching new sessions 30 days after payment (the control page shows the exact time). A session that is still running at that moment keeps going until you stop it or your stream ends. Buy again from the same page whenever you like.
No. All we need is your channel name. You never log in to Kick through us, and there is nothing to install.
Open the link from your receipt email — it works on any device with no login. Lost it? Use “Find my order” below and we’ll email your links again. Orders placed on this device are listed there too.
Cards through Stripe and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, charged in US dollars. For small crypto payments choose LTC or SOL, because some coins have network minimums above a small order.
