Kick lets streamers lock chat down in several ways, and every one of them affects a chat bot. Here is how sessions really behave.

A session has no fixed message count. Each chatter posts a message, waits a random time within the delay range you set, and posts again, for 30 minutes — so more chatters or shorter delays mean a busier chat. Kick’s room settings (like slow mode) can slow it down.
Yes. Upload a .txt file (one message per line) or a .json list on your control page — up to 1,000 lines of up to 200 characters. Links, emote codes and lines full of symbols are removed so Kick doesn’t reject them, and when your list runs out generic lines are used.
Usually because followers-only, subscriber-only or emote-only chat is on, or because your channel is offline. The control page checks your room and tells you which. Turn the mode off (or go live), then launch.
No. Messages come from our own Kick accounts. We never need your password.
No. Check out as a guest with just an email address and we send your receipt and a private control link. If you’re logged in, the chatters go onto your KVB account as Chat Bot credits for your dashboard instead — or tick “Send me a private control link instead” at checkout. A guest order can be added to your account later from its control page.
Each order is locked to the channel you buy it for, so a leaked link can’t be used on anyone else’s channel. Typed the wrong name? Message support with your order code before you launch.
Anyone with your link can start and stop the bot on your channel, so keep it private. You can reset it from the control page (up to 3 times a day): the old link stops working straight away and we email you the new one.
Your order stops launching new sessions 30 days after payment (the control page shows the exact time). A session that is still running at that moment keeps going until its 30 minutes are up or you stop it. Buy again from the same page whenever you like.
No. All we need is your channel name. You never log in to Kick through us, and there is nothing to install.
Open the link from your receipt email — it works on any device with no login. Lost it? Use “Find my order” below and we’ll email your links again. Orders placed on this device are listed there too.
Cards through Stripe and cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, charged in US dollars. For small crypto payments choose LTC or SOL, because some coins have network minimums above a small order.
