Most advice about growing on Kick is written without numbers. This page is the opposite: it is generated directly from Kick's own public listings and refreshed weekly, so it shows what the platform actually looks like rather than what people assume.

Last measured 19 October 2026, 13:00 UTC. Two datasets are used below: a sample of 210 channels from Kick's featured live listing (102,900 viewers between them), and Kick's platform-wide category totals.

What viewer count puts you near the top

This is the number most streamers actually want. Across the 210 live channels in this sample:

The median live channel here has 107 viewers and the mean is 490. The gap between those two numbers is the whole story of streaming: a handful of very large channels drag the average far above what a typical stream sees.

Where the audience actually is

Kick's viewers are heavily concentrated. Unlike the sample above, these are Kick's platform-wide live totals for each category - every channel in it, not just the featured ones - which is why a single category can exceed the sample total:

Category totals come from Kick's public top-categories endpoint. The channel sample is Kick's featured live listing, walked page by page — 210 channels in this run. That listing favours channels Kick is already surfacing, so the thresholds above describe visible channels, not every stream on the platform. Treat them as a target to aim at, not a census.

Numbers are a single point in time and move constantly. The page is regenerated weekly; the date above always reflects the current figures.
